We strongly recommend to use the VLC Player to play the videos, it is 100% capable of playing our videos.
Please also consider that our Ultra HD (4k) videos have a high bitrate. You need a processor that can handle 4k videos. It is also advisable with the 4k videos, if a fast hard disk is available, since it can happen, that the video need to be buffered.
