If you have orders on your account and the downloads are missing this is because we made a change in our system in 2021 and because of that all orders before 2021 must be updated.
So in this case just open a ticket and let us know which downloads are missing from your orders.
UPDATE April 2025:
We've updated and made changes to parts of our System, if you've downloads missing which were before the 23. April 2025, open a Ticket with the order number and we readd the download.
